The feature film directed by Mike Bruce in association with the band, Spindrift, follows the journey of a preacher, a bounty hunter and a band of banditos as they make their way through the desert to the town of Playa Diablo. Inspired by the spaghetti western films of the ’60s and ’70s, combined with a “grindhouse” movie style, “The Legend of God’s Gun” is “genuinely brilliant…a classic waiting to be discovered” according to DVDtalk.com.
At the heart of the film is the epic score by the band Spindrift, who also appear in the film. Both haunting and hollucinogenic, the Ennio Morricone-inspired soundtrack weaves a dusty backdrop to this psychedlic story of sin and salvation in the wild west
